The road to Huacas and Villareal

Along this road out of Tamarindo a number of resort communities have been built or are under construction. Starting with the upscale Tamarindo Heights, which at the time of writing was in the first of five phases of construction, this area of development stretches all along the road to the Tico towns of Villareal, and then further to Huacas.

Outside of the two towns, development is still quite new and attracting resort or gated communities and condominiums with more leisure activities. Independent commercial centers are also going up in the area.

The resorts and condominiums being built at the time of writing – The Oaks and La Perla, to name just two – are selling to investors, vacationers and new-lifers. Each resort or community has a slightly different theme and price range.
